Others may be more immediate reasons such as decreasing anxiety and depression symptoms, developing healthy relationships, changing behaviour or decreasing/ending addictions. Whatever the reasons for counselling, your goals will be set by YOU and what YOU want to work on in counselling. I would love to support you and collaborate with you in this process.
